We’re pleased to announce that order fulfillment is becoming more efficient! We’ve implemented key adjustments to our assembly processes, resulting in improved production timeframes. This means we’re getting closer to delivering your Intelligent Cranium Helmets to you more quickly.
Navigating Global Challenges:
Intelligent Cranium Helmets, like many businesses, is closely monitoring the evolving trade and tariff landscape, particularly the recent developments between the U.S. and China, which has implications for our supply chain. Our leadership team is actively assessing the situation and developing mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions to future shipments. While we recognize that external factors can create uncertainties, we want to assure our valued customers that we are committed to delivering on our promises. Just as our team persevered through the challenges of the startup and development process, we are applying that same dedication to ensuring our customers receive their orders. We are working tirelessly to navigate these complexities and maintain a smooth delivery process.
Safety Certifications:
Our pursuit of the highest safety standards continues. We’re actively working towards achieving SNELL certification and have made significant strides. We anticipate receiving our T1 and Rapid samples from our manufacturer late next week. This will allow for swift review and decision-making.

Helmet Enhancements:
We’re constantly striving to improve the rider experience based on your feedback. Here are some key updates:
- Inner Liner: We’ve received initial samples of our removable helmet liners, but they didn’t quite meet our wind noise mitigation goals. We’ve provided detailed feedback to our manufacturer, and we expect to receive version 1.2 of the liners (further closing up that neck line) late next week for road testing and validation. See the swift evolution of our inner liners below.
- Battery Performance: Our new, smaller batteries are on track to be ready by the end of this month. This change will contribute to a lighter, more comfortable helmet while maintaining optimal functionality.
- Motorcycle Mounted Radar: Development of our innovative motorcycle-mounted radar pivot solution is progressing well. We anticipate it will be ready by mid-May and available for shipping to both existing and new customers in early June.
New Product Development:
We’re excited to expand our product offerings! Next month, we’ll be launching our new Tire Pressure Sensor. This convenient accessory will connect to your Intelligent Cranium Helmet via BLE and feature an improved user interface, further enhancing your riding experience.
